Before you book

Yes — if you approve the quoted repair and we do the job, the ₹299 visit & diagnosis fee disappears from the bill. You only pay it if you decline the repair after diagnosis, which keeps our diagnosis honest.

Vans are pre-positioned in 16 zones with live capacity on the slot board. If you book any open window before 8 PM, a technician from your zone reaches within that window — usually inside 45 minutes on Express dispatch.

We buy from authorised distributors, bill at printed MRP, photograph the old part on your floor, and hand it back to you in a sealed bag. Compressors and PCBs carry the manufacturer warranty on top of our 90-day repair warranty.

Care and Care+ cover scheduled servicing, visit fees and labour, with discounted parts. Total covers parts, gas and RO filters too. Physical damage, rodent-cut wiring and voltage-surge burnouts are quoted separately on every tier.

If your appliance is inside the manufacturer's warranty, we'll tell you to use it — free is free. We take over from year two onwards, which is when brand service centres get slow and pricey.
